and have been registered by SEAT Pagine Gialle S.p.A as trademarks. As a consequence the Company has an exclusive use of the mentioned trademarks in order to identify goods and services offered by itself. Therefore, any action undertaken by third parties, concerning the use of the above mentioned trademarks, or the use of similar wording, in any context or for any purpose constitutes an infringement of trademark rights.

The maps contained in the editions of TUTTOCITTA’®, either on paper or on electronic version (file), are of property of SEAT. The maps, considered either in their whole than with reference to each single establishment element should be considered as produced by SEAT and therefore protected by the copyright protection rights, pursuant the Italian Law and the International provisions. As a consequence the use of any of the aforesaid maps or of one of its establishment element by third parties that doesn’t happen for an exclusive personal use, will be considered a violation of the mentioned provisions and therefore pursued by law.
