Milan, 16 August 2012 - In the context of the process relating to the restructuring of the
financial indebtedness of the group headed by Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A. (the "
Company"), the Company is pleased to announce that the High Court of Justice in
England and Wales has sanctioned the scheme of arrangement proposed by the Company under Part 26 of
the English Companies Act 2006 (the "
Scheme"), as better detailed in the Company's press release dated 24 July 2012,
and approved by the scheme creditors at the relevant creditors' meetings, as announced in the
Company's press release dated 13 August 2012.
The approval of the Scheme will allow the Company to proceed towards the implementation of the refinancing of the indebtedness under the term and revolving facilities agreement dated 25 May 2005, as amended, and represents an important step forward in the process of the restructuring of the Company's financial indebtedness.
