Notice of noteholders' meetings of the Company's senior secured notes

Milan, 27 February 2012 - Further to the press release of 24 February 2012, please be informed that The Board of Directors of Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A. which has been held today under the chairmanship of Enrico Giliberti, has resolved to convene:

• the meeting of the holders of non convertible "€550,000,000 10½ % Senior Secured Notes due 2017" (ISIN XS0482702395 and XS0482720025) issued by Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A. in Milan, Via Pietro Metastasio, 5 at "Studio Zabban – Notari – Rampolla & Associati" on 29 March 2012 at 11.00 am on first call, and if necessary, on 30 March 2012, at the same place and time, on the second call;
• the meeting of the holders of the non convertible "€200,000,000 10½% Senior Secured Notes due 2017" (ISIN XS0546483834 and XS0546484303) issued by Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A. in Milan, Via Pietro Metastasio, 5 at "Studio Zabban – Notari – Rampolla & Associati" on 29 March 2012 at 2.30 pm on first call and, if necessary, on 30 March 2012, at the same place and time, on the second call.

The notices of call and the documentation required by the applicable laws will be made available to the public pursuant to the methods and the terms set forth by the law.
