EARLY REPAYMENT OF THE INSTALMENT OF EURO 35 MILLION DUE AT THE END OF DECEMBER 2010 UNDER THE SENIOR
LOAN AGREEMENT WITH THE ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND

Turin, 29th September 2010 – Seat Pagine Gialle declares that it made voluntary early repayment of Euro 35 million of the instalment due at the end of December 2010 under the senior loan agreement in force with The Royal Bank of Scotland.

This repayment, made possible by the company’s cash-generating capacity, comes after that made in March and is part of the policy of making a priority of gradually reducing debt.

Now that said voluntary early repayment has been made, the residual loan payment due dates for the current year are equal to zero.
