With reference to today’s news published by MF-Milano Finanza about talks among the shareholders related to the private equity funds CVC Capital Partners, Investitori Associati and Permira, and “certain parties” or presumed consortia of investors linked to the businessmen Mr De Giovanni and Mr Arpe, Seat Pagine Gialle SpA  - at Consob request and after having spoken to the shareholders mentioned above - denies, on behalf of its shareholders, that any such possibility is currently being considered.
