publication of the Prospectus concerning the rights offering to the shareholders and the admission
to listing on the Mercato Telematico Azionario organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. of
ordinary shares of SEAT Pagine Gialle S.p.A.

, February 16, 2009 – SEAT Pagine Gialle S.p.A. announces that today it has filed to
CONSOB the request for the authorization to the publication the Prospectus concerning the rights
offering to the (ordinary and savings) shareholders and the admission to listing on the Mercato
Telematico Azionario organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. of ordinary shares of SEAT
Pagine Gialle S.p.A..
The shares to be offered shall be issued following the increase of the share
capital for a maximum amount of Euro 200,000,000.00, approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders'
Meeting of SEAT on January 26, 2009.
