Turin, 10 April 2008

Today, SEAT Pagine Gialle, a European leader and a key global player in the sector of multi-media telephone publishing and hi-tech internet services presented Visual Mobile, a new generation application that allows you to hold all of the information from PagineGialle Visual in your hands.

Visual Mobile allows consumers to use their mobile phones to find an address, person, company or shop among the 23 million entries in the Pagine Bianche database and 3.5 million companies listed with Pagine Gialle. The results are displayed in a matter of seconds on a map or aerial photo in order to make the consultation more genuine, with different zoom levels offering excellent definition.

Visual Mobile also allows users to look for events anywhere in Italy, locate more than 300,000 properties for sale around the country. The “Roads and Itineraries” menu allows users to plan their trip in order to reach a selected person, company or business, calculating the distance from the actual position to the destination. Finally, with the "Traffic" and "Weather" menus it is possible to visualise in real time the traffic situation on major roads as well as weather forecasts directly on the maps.

“Visual Mobile is a truly innovative application that combines the flexibility of mobile telephony with the wealth of information and places already available on PagineGialle Visual,” explains Paolo Cellini, Internet Executive Vice President Seat Pagine Gialle Group. “Visual Mobile represents an extraordinary opportunity for SEAT PagineGialle advertisers, who will have an even greater chance of being reached and contacted by customers, even when they are away from home, while travelling for work or pleasure”.

Visual Mobile is completely free for users (except the costs of mobile connectivity, to be calculated based on the calling plan provided for by one’s own mobile carrier) and is available as a client application that can be downloaded and installed on cell phones, or through the website http://mobile.paginegialle.it , which is 100% compatible with devices that support Wap 2.0 browsers.

The client version can be used with more than 80% of mobile phones currently on the market with Symbian, Java and Windows Mobile operating systems. It can be downloaded for free at http://scarica.mobile.paginegialle.it and it can be installed with just a few simple steps thanks to the set-up guide.
