Turin - February 25, 2008 – 5.40 p.m. SEAT Pagine Gialle S.p.A announces that Maurizia Squinzi,
Chief Financial Officer of the Group since 2004, has decided to leave her post in order to take up
a similar position at Milan-based company Aedes S.p.A.
She will remain in office until the end of March, in order to conclude the preparation of the
draft financial statements for 2007, scheduled to be approved during the Board meeting on 18 March.
Work to ensure adequate coverage of the role of CFO is already underway.
“I am ending this exciting time at Seat with mixed emotions – a combination of satisfaction and
regret” commented Maurizia Squinzi
“and I am leaving behind a solid company whose remarkable cash generation has meant that € 800
million worth of debt has been repaid since 2004. The company has one of the highest operating
margins not only among companies in its industry, but among those on the market in general”.
Luca Majocchi, CEO of the SEAT Pagine Gialle Group commented:
“I would like to thank Maurizia — on a personal level and on behalf of all her colleagues and
the Board of Directors, for the great professionalism and skill with which she has always managed
Seat’s financial affairs. Under her guidance, and in command of a high-level team able to ensure
business continuity, the Group has achieved and improved on all the key economic and financial
indicators. I hope that Maurizia achieves the same level of success and satisfaction in her new
role”.
