Milan, 1 December 2008 - Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A.announces that discussions have been initiated with the Royal Bank of Scotland aiming at enhancing the financial flexibility of the company under its existing Senior Facility Agreement.

The Company expects to be able to inform about the outcomes of this process by the end of December.

In light of the above, the Company will communicate the times for the presentation of the new business Plan to the financial community at a later stage, in accordance with the abovemetioned timing.
