Turin, November 27, 2007 – Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A. ("Seat") announces its
decision to begin a consulting process aimed at assigning its media budget, whose amount for the
next three years 2008–2010 worth a total of approximately € 100 million.
The decision follows the guidelines of the 2008–2010 strategic plan, which sets precise goals
for all product divisions and attributes a central role to advertising, requiring a review of the
partnerships involved in defining and implementing communications strategies.
Francesco Riccadonna, Head of Advertising of Seat Pagine Gialle, has invited four media
centres to take part in the consultations: MediaCom, ZenithOptimedia, MC2 and Carat, which is
currently managing the media budget and whose assignment is close to expire.
The Seat Pagine Gialle's pitch will be run with consulting support from an independent
auditor, Audistar London.
The results of the pitch will be announced by the end of February 2008.
