Turin, November 19, 2007 – Seat Pagine Gialle, the European leader and one of the world's key players in the field of multimedia directories and Internet hi-tech services, is the technology partner of La Campionaria delle Qualità Italiane, the trade fair scheduled to take place in Milan from NOvember 22 to 25, 2007.

The Nuova Campionaria is the meeting point for outstanding excellence, namely those top-quality firms that have found new ways to develop whilst respecting the local area, consumers, and the most important traditions and, at the same time, overcoming the challenges of globalisation and innovation. Seat Pagine Gialle provides the Trade Fair with its most innovative services, giving visibility through the Web to the Made in Italy success stories.

Through the PagineGialle Visual portal all Internet users — particularly the more than 1.5 million individual users of PagineGialle Visual every month — have the opportunity to search for the excellent firms taking part in the Trade Fair, geolocating the individual businesses using maps and aerial photos. Seat Pagine Gialle has also created the short films and videos relating to the 15 local platforms featured in the exhibition with the aim of portraying the Country’s economic geography. The special on PagineGialle Visual hence reflects a combined overview, evoked by the Trade Fair, of Italian production, services, scientific and technological research, natural and artistic heritage and non-profit organisations.

“For Seat Pagine Gialle, being a partner of the Nuova Campionaria is the natural consequence of an exceptional affinity: to foster and promote enterprises, encouraging the development of production platforms”, explained Luca Majocchi, CEO of the Seat Pagine Gialle Group. “In fact, for more than 80 years Seat Pagine Gialle’s mission, and capability, has focused on representing and promoting throughout Italy excellence in enterprise, craftsmanship, commerce, the Public Administration, training and research”.

Seat Pagine Gialle is taking part in this event as an exhibitor as well. At stand B36, pavilion 5, visitors can get acquainted with the innovative service platform which combines print (with PagineBianche, PagineGialle, yearbooks and guides), voice (with the 12.40 Pronto PagineBianche and 89.24.24 Pronto PagineGialle services) and on-line (with PagineGialle.it, PagineGialle Visual, PagineBianche.it, PagineGialle Prenota and numerous vertical portals) services.
