Upon mandate of the Board of Directors held on December 23, 2003, the Chairman of Seat Pagine Gialle called a Special General Meeting of holders of savings shares on February 19, 20 and 23, 2004 – first, second, and third call respectively – to deliberate on the appointment of their Common Representative.
