During today’s meeting of the Board of Directors of Seat Pagine Gialle spa, the Spun-off Company established today from the spin-off of telecom italia media spa (formerly seat PG Spa ) , the Company acknowledged: the resignations of Directors Candido Fois, Giulia Ligresti, Gianfranco Negri Clementi, Alessandro Ovi, Enrico Parazzini and Mario Zanone Poma, effective as of today; the resignation of Director Aldo Cappuccio, effective as of september 15, 2003; and the resignation of the entire Board of Statutory Auditors effective as of the Company’s next General Shareholders’ Meeting.

As a consequence, today the Board of Directors of the Company also resolved to co-opt Dario Cossutta, Guido Gamucci, Luigi Lanari, Luca Majocchi, Alberto Tazartes e Pietro Villa as Directors of the Company to replace the six directors who resigned effective as of today.

The above-mentioned resignations are part of the planned reorganisation of the shareholding structure of the Company.
