The third seminar on the topic “Lifelong learning in companies” will be held in Turin on 13 October 2008, from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm, at the Salone d’Onore of Castello del Valentino, located in Viale Mattioli 39. It is an opportunity for discussion with large companies, the best in class in their sectors, which view lifelong learning as a tool to achieve innovation and development.

The keynote speakers will be Anna Simioni, C.E.O. of Unimanagement and Head of Corporate Learning (Unicredit Group), Giancarlo Beck, Chief Learning Manager of the Seat Corporate University and Head of Training at Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A., and Martina Pareschi, as the Human Capital Management Service Leader Italia of IBM. Salvatore Gabellano, author of "Apprendere per Innovare", the first book published in Italy on corporate universities, will present an overview of the models and the current trends.

Coordinator of the final round table will be Dunia Astrologo, professor of Organizational Communication at the University of Turin and Communications Sociology at the Politecnico of Turin.
