INVESTOR RELATIONS POLICY
Seat Investor Relations Office is primarily responsible for managing relations with the
national and international financial community (analysts, institutional equity and bond investors,
rating agencies, and merchant banks) to ensure circulation of complete and transparent information
on company business, in compliance with the procedure for disclosing documents and information
relating to the Company.
Relationships with the market are managed through the following actions:
- constant support to financial analysts (sell-side and buy-side) who supervise the Seat security
in processing/updating financial reports and models;
- drafting of documents relating to the quarterly activities of Presentation of Results to the
financial market; drafting the consensus document on estimates/main brokers’ ratings;
- corporate financial communications: quarterly conference calls, presentations, roadshows, and
involvement in conferences.
