Seat’s Relevant Parties pursuant to the Internal Dealing Procedure are: 

• the members of the Board of Directors
• the members of the Board of Statutory Auditors
• the General Manager
• the Chief Financial Officer

The Persons closely linked to Seat’s Relevant Parties are:

1. the spouse not legally separated, sons, also sons of the spouse and, if cohabitant for at least one year, parents, relatives and kin of Relevant Persons;
2. legal entities, partnerships and trusts in which a Relevant Person or one of the persons specified under paragraph (i) above is responsible, either alone or jointly, for the management function;
3. legal entities, controlled directly or indirectly by a Relevant Person or by one of the persons specified under paragraph (i) above;
4. partnerships whose economic interests are substantially equivalent to those of a Relevant Person or by one of the persons specified under paragraph (i) above;
5. trusts formed for the benefit of a Relevant Person or by one of the persons specified under paragraph (i) above.
