Related party transactions Procedure
In accordance with the Regulation containing provisions relating to transactions
with related parties adopted by Consob with Resolution no. 17221 of 12 March 2010 as amended, the
Company has adopted an appropriate procedure governing the transactions with related parties.
This procedure must apply when engaging in related party transactions either directly or through its subsidiaries.
