Compensations Common Representative of Savings Shareholders
The special meeting of savings shareholders of Seat Pagine Gialle SpA held on 20 April 2010, during which Ms D’Atri was appointed common representative, established an annual remuneration for this post of €30,000.00 plus VAT and any contributions due. The common representative shall also be entitled to the reimbursement of expenses incurred in carrying out her duties, subject to these being properly documented and up to a maximum of €20,000.00 per year.
