The special meeting of savings shareholders of Seat Pagine Gialle SpA held on 20 April 2010, during which Ms d’Atri was appointed common representative, established an annual remuneration for this post of €30,000.00 plus VAT and any contributions due.

The Special Shareholder's meeting of Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A. held on april 12nd 2012, has resolved about the estabilishment of a mutual fund ex art. 146 TUF, with an annual amount of Euro 150.000,00, that will be reinstated, if used, at the end of each year.
