In the table herewith attached you will find summary information in tabular form concerning (i) the structure of both the BoD and the Committees and (ii) the activities of the Directors.

In particular, for each of them, it’s specified:

• if he is an executive, non executive or independent director
  
• the percentage of the attendance to the Board’ meetings and to the Committees’ meetings during 2008
  
• the number of positions covered by the Director in other listed companies (even listed on other market than the Italian one), in financing, banking, insurance or large-sized companies (article 1C2 of the Corporate Governance Code)
