Vincenzo Ciruzzi

ciruzzi Vincenzo Ciruzzi (Standing Auditor), born in 1949. Degree in Economics and Commerce at Bocconi University in Milan; he is enrolled on the register of public accountants (Albo dei Dottori Commercialisti) and he is also an Auditor. After three years’ experience in a British accounting firm, he began to work as an independent professional in 1976. He was a member of the Commissione per la Certificazione dei Bilanci (Accounts Audit Committee) of the Association of Public Accountants (Ordine dei Commercialisti) in Milan for six years. He is a standing auditor of Dexia Crediop S.p.A., and the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of: Aegis Media Italia S.p.A., Director of: Mid Industry Capital Spa; Founding Partner of the tax and corporate advice firm CDR Tax & Finance in Milan.
