Enrico Cervellera (Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors), born in 1941. From 1965 to 1983 he was a member of the tax advisors’ firm associated with Arthur Andersen; he has been working in his own professional firm in Milan since 1983. He holds the roles of director of Ferrero S.p.A., Chairman of the Boards of Statutory Auditors of Interpump Group S.p.A., Lactalis Italia S.p.A. Group, S.p.A. Egidio Galbani, biG S.r.l..; he is a standing auditor of Luxottica S.p.A. and Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. He has a degree in Economics and Commerce and in Law and he is enrolled on the Italian register of public accountants (Albo dei Dottori Commercialisti) and he is also an Auditor.
