Marco Reboa, born in 1955. After a work experience at a London business bank, he began working at the Institute of Corporate Economics of the University Luigi Bocconi. He is professor at the University Institute Carlo Cattaneo of Castellanza.
He published books and articles concerning the balance, economic valuation and corporate governance. He is also a business consultant and is entrusted with important appointments in a number of important listed companies; in particular, at the moment, he is board member of ENI S.p.A., Interpump S.p.A., IMMSI S.p.A. and Chairman of Intesa Investimenti and Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Luxottica Group; auditor of Lactalis Italia S.p.A. Group.
He is a registered professional accountant and auditor and Director of the Magazine of the accountant.
