Luigi Lanari

lanariLuigi Lanari (Kinshasa, Zaire, 1958)
Joined SEAT as a non-executive director on December 23, 2003.
From 1988 to 1993 he served as a vice president in the structured finance area at Citibank, London/Milan.
From 1993 he has been a managing director of the Milan office of CVC Capital Partners for all Italian investment business activity.
He is also member of the Board of Lecta S.A., Sub Lecta 1 SA, Sub Lecta 2 SA and Managing Director of CVC Capital Partners Srl.
Mr Lanari has a degree in economics from the University of Rome, a Commercial Lending Certificate from the New York University and a Masters in Science in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge.
