Enrico Giliberti (Naples, 1945) joined SEAT as the chairman on
December 23, 2003.
Mr Giliberti previously worked as an associate for the New York law firm,
Cahill, Gordon & Ohl, and for the Italian law firm, Ughi e Nunziante.
He has also worked as a partner for the Italian law firm, Erede, Bianchi e
Giliberti, and subsequently co-founded the law firms Colesanti e Giliberti and Biscozzi Giliberti
Nobili.
Currently he is the senior partner at the law firm Giliberti Pappalettera
Triscornia e Associati.
Mr Giliberti specializes in company law, stock markets and mergers and
acquisitions.
He is a member of arbitration panels both nationally and internationally. He
is also a member of the board at Sirti S.p.A., Independent Director of Telco SpA and Olimpia SpA.
Mr Giliberti has a degree in law from the University of Naples and holds a master degree in
Comparative Jurisprudence from New York University since 1969.
