Dario Cossutta

cossutta Dario Cossutta, joined SEAT on December 23, 2003 and is currently one of our non executive directors. Prior to joining SEAT, Mr Cossutta undertook various senior roles (including head of mergers and acquisitions and head of banking) for Banca Commerciale between 1980 and 1999 and the role of chief executive officer of Sviluppo Italia during 1999 and 2000.
Since 2001, he has been chief executive officer of Investitori Associati. Mr Cossutta has a degree in statistics from the University of Rome and a M.Phil. in economics from the University of Cambridge.
He is also Director of La Rinascente S.r.l., Upim S.r.l., Labochim S.p.A., Infa Group S.p.A. and Cisalfa Sport S.p.A..
