Dario Cossutta

cossutta Dario Cossutta, born in 1951. He is currently one of the non-executive directors of the Issuer.
From 1980 to 1999 he worked with Banca Commerciale Italiana in the positions of head industrial economist (Capo Economista Industriale), M&A and primary market manager and merchant bank division manager. In 1999, he became managing director of Sviluppo Italia. He has been managing director of Investitori Associati since 2001. Statistics degree at Rome University and PhD in Economics at Cambridge University. Mr. Cossutta is also director of La Rinascente S.r.l., Labochim S.p.A., Infa Group S.p.A., Sifavitor S.r.l., Cisalfa Sport S.p.A., Alberto Aspesi S.p.A. and Mer Mec S.p.A..
