From telephone directories to multimedia services
The
Operations Division, headed by Giacomo Casassa, is responsible for producing all
the products with advertising content and supplying them to the print, online and voice platforms.
This involves management of all the editorial processes, from content acquisition through to the
creation of our clients’ various advertising presence, using state-of-the-art technology on an
international scale, and maximising product efficiency and quality.
The supply chain is also controlled through specific skills in the areas of
editorial design, product distribution and the acquisition of goods and services for all company
requirements.
Its specialist expertise makes it the only centre of its kind in Italy, and
the department publishes 68 million volumes, 2 million advertising objects, 150,000 websites and
300,000 voice ads.
