Francesco Nigri
Francesco Nigri, born in 1961, has been the head of the Internal Audit function
since 2003. He was hired by Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A. in 2001 to oversee auditing of foreign
subsidiaries. From 1987 to 2000 he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, where in 1998 he was
appointed Senior Manager in charge of auditing and certifying company and consolidated financial
statements of international groups.He graduated from the University of Turin with a degree in Business
Administration. He is a registered Professional Accountant, and has been registered as a certified
auditor since 1999.
