Managing data, ensuring continuity and business development: Seat’s Information Technology and Processes

The overall objective of the Information Technology & Processes Department, headed by Giacomo Casassa, is to support the Company’s strategic plans by controlling ICT (Information & Communication Technology).
This department is where we find all the skills and responsibilities for planning company processes, controlling technology, providing services and infrastructure security.
These specialist areas are supported by skilled teams who manage and improve the company’s information structure, design and develop operational support systems for commercial, administrative and editorial activities, and the company databases.
