The overall objective of the Information Technology Department, headed by Giacomo Casassa, is to support the Company’s strategic plans by controlling ICT (Information & Communication Technology).
In this department we find all the skills and responsibilities for controlling technology, providing services and infrastructure security.
Next to these specialist areas there are also skilled teams who manage and improve the company’s information structure, design and develop operational support systems for commercial, administrative and editorial activities, and the company databases.
