Ezio Cristetti, born in Turin in the 1958, is graduate in jurisprudence.
In the course of his career he has covered mainly responsible positions in the Human
Resources thus ranging from industrial relations to the organization, from the selection,
development, training and enhancement of human capital, reward & recognition, administration
and HR systems.
Early in his business, which developed entirely within the Human Resources, he was an
Industrialist Union of Turin official, working in union area, industrial relations and labor
legislation.
Then he gradually came to assume, within the same association, the responsibility for the
direction, at the beginning, of food product groups, and, subsequently, the graphics, publishing
and paper sectors working in different areas of HR and training, communication and representation
of the interests of the industry world.
In 1997 he joined Kimberly Clark Italy, a company belonging to the homonymous U.S.
multinational large consumer goods sector, and first took the direction of Human Resources Italy
& Greece, and finally, after an international group project leadership about Human Resources
systems and process, the position of HR Director Southern Europe and most recently in charge of HR
Southern Europe and MEA regions.
Since 2006 he was Director of Human Resources at Heineken Italy SpA, branch of the famous
eponymous Dutch (Holland) multinational group, leader in Italy in the beer sector and distribution
of beverages.
He is married with 2 children.
