Guiding change, directing people's contribution: Human Resources
Against a background of major changes and competitive drive, the Human
Resources Division, headed by Ezio Cristetti, has the task of supporting cultural change and
ensuring the organisational growth and development of personnel at SEAT Pagine Gialle.
Centred on process of identification with the company, it is responsible for
our corporate identity and internal communications.
The division's model is heavily geared towards monitoring and caring for our
personnel, backed up by an HR management line for each division, supported by several teams who
guarantee the development and consistency of the planning, training and development systems, and
trade union relations.
The Human Resources Division also manages personnel services, property
services, and controls corporate security.
Part of its objectives are achieved through the Seat Corporate University, the
SEAT Pagine Gialle training centre, which plans and provides training to Group companies, and
recruits the indirect sales force.
