Formed with the aim of developing Seat’s content strategy, through the
strategic supervision of the company’s content and management of the information offer and services
relating to business intelligence about Seat clients and service users.
It develops and markets the business information, geo-marketing and direct marketing services
of Seat and its subsidiary Consodata. It also manages the after sales and customer care services,
and is responsible for updating and enhancing Seat’s customer database.
