Fabrizio Vigo
Born in 1971, he graduated in Economics and Commerce and also gained an MBA in
Business Administration from the Alma Graduate School in Bologna.
Since 2007, he has been the Content Management and Business Information
Director at Seat Pagine Gialle. As part of these duties, he is also Chief Executive Officer of
Consodata S.p.A., a leading Italian provider of marketing services. He is also chairman of the
subsidiary Cipi S.p.A. (which operates in the field of promotional items and corporate gifts) and
is a member of the Board of Katalog, the newly-formed joint venture launched with Dogan Yayin
Holding to develop the directories business in Turkey.
Since he joined Seat in 2001, he has held positions of growing responsibility
in the field of Planning, Control and Corporate Development and M&A, rising to the position of
the Group’s Planning, Control and Business Development Director.
In the past, he worked for the Fiat Group, Ciments Français (parent company
for the international operations of Italcementi) and Italmobiliare S.p.A., holding positions in the
Internal Audit, Management Control and Corporate Development divisions.
