The
Communication Department oversees the Corporate Identity, pursuing the Company
improvement and preservation image and its management, the aspects of institutional communication
to the outside and inwards. It also assures the organization and management - in consultation with
all Directions involved - of corporate events for employees and agents.
Moreover, the department defines and suggests the media positioning strategy of the Company
and its italian subsidiaries, developing and realizing plans, programs and specific types of
communiaction in agreement with Investor Relations function.
It assures the analisys and the monitoring of regulatory affairs and the evolution of national and european rules dealing with the electronic communication sevices, developing and maintaining a relationships network with the Institutions and the sector associations.
