Legal and procedural compliance: Internal Audit
The Internal Audit Division, headed by Francesco Nigri, is responsible for process compliance, monitoring the efficiency of the company’s operations, the reliability of its financial information, compliance with laws and regulations, and the safeguarding of company assets. Through auditing operations, it monitors risk areas and follows up the recommendations of the Internal Audit Committee.

Francesco Riccadonna : Advertising


Knowledge of advertising media and communications techniques is crucial for a company like Seat.
In turn, Seat needs to support these media through communications strategies aimed at its stakeholders — whether they be clients, consumers or the financial community.
The Advertising division is responsible for managing advertising, by guaranteeing an integrated vision of the company’s portfolio of products and brands.
It serves the company’s other divisions by helping to define targets and communications strategies, guiding the process of advertising campaign production, and developing media planning strategies.
It is also responsible for selecting and coordinating media and creative agencies, and purchasing advertising space.
Lastly, it is responsible for measuring and monitoring campaign results.

 

Romolo Velati : Internet factory

The Internet Factory activity is concentrated in the infrastructure design of subsystems for the products and carry out the realization phase of all web based products of Seat Pagine Gialle and affiliates in collaboration with the Directorate of Product Marketing and / or other business functions concerned. Help formulate strategies for development of platforms and products, ensuring in particular the ability to create "in house" for all elements of a complex web system, high performance and implement the various subsystems that provide for optimal use in consulted by users with maximum visibility to advertisers.

Internet Factory ensures the acquisition and power management at the database, indexing and search content contained in the part of corporate search engines and major search engines on the web, on maps with geo-location services and ads on the Internet and measures the performance of our advertisers. Also oversees the research, technological development and scouting of new technologies.
