Administration, Finance and Control

The Administration, Finance & Control Department, headed by Massimo Cristofori, is responsible for planning, management, financial and administrative controls. Specifically, the department provides:
  • Short - and medium/long - term planning and control of operations for Seat and its subsidiaries;
  • Business analisys activities;
  • Cash flow planning and management, assuring that cash and liquid assets are employed in order to meet financial requirements;
  • Administrative processes and accounting, balance sheet and tax obligations;

The department also handles the coordination and implementation of corporate obligations, controls legal issues and litigation, and is responsible for Investor Relations and financial benchmarking activities.
