Transformation Management

Transformation Management Department, headed by Roberto Besso, assures the direct government of the interfunctional projects, aimed to transform the Company business model, throughout the presence of three functional areas:

• Change Management function assures the organizational devolopment, the monitoring of the key company inizitive (OGSIM matrix), the program and risk management of the transformation projects, overseeing, for each of them, the organizational and roles allignment, the training, and the project communication;
• Processes and Service Creation area has the ownership of the analisys and design of business processes, the coordination of service creation activities for new products and the portfolio selection of IT investment projects;
• Purchasing and Cost management function manages the company purchases, starting from the suppliers selection and ending with the negotiation and contractual management; in the Cost management area, it is responsible for indentifying optimization cost iniziatives (ABC optics), ensuring their execution and monitoring.
