Print & Voice Marketing

The  Print & Voice Marketing oversees the activities of design, development and management of paper products (Yellow Pages, White Pages, Tuttocittà ...), the e-book supply and directory assistance services (89.24.24, 12.40) in order to achieve the objectives about revenue, margins and usage.

The function is divided into two separate management structures of the product of voice platform and print platform, moreover, an innovation integrated area which is responsible for overseeing the evolution of existing products and creation of new products. These areas will add a unit of Business Analysis & Control dedicated to planning and analysis of products and a unit that operates call centers that provide voice services and monitors the levels of service quality.
