The objective of the
National & Top Customers Business Unit is to assure business development and
provide customer care for the high end of the market: national and top clients which are highly
complex in terms of requirements for communication with the market and also nationwide
distribution. This category also includes companies who invest heavily in advertising and some of
the larger bodies and institutions operating in the public administration sector.
The Business Unit is headed by Luigi Langella and is divided into four sales areas, each
with its own Sales Manager, one dedicated to “National” Companies that present nationalwide
communication requirements and three specialised areas: the first, operating nationwide,
specialised in local government, the second specialised in services to central Public
Administration and the major local authorities, while the third takes care of networked clients and
those operating under franchises.
Our Large Customers are served by Key Accounts who can help them by providing a highly
professional advisory service, formulating proposals whose content and format make the most of the
customers’ communication needs.
The garrison of top customer market (high spending customers with a more local communication
requirements than the National Customers) is assured by regional sales areas thet manage the field
sales agency force.
Given the highly complex nature of the markets and companies it works with, the Division has
a central team of experts, specialising in various business sectors (banking, insurance,
automotive, distribution, HVAC, domestic appliances, energy and telecommunications, public sector,
etc.) who can interpret and direct our customers’ marketing, communication and development
needs.
