Seat Corporate University works as part of the Human Resources Department of SEAT PAGINE GIALLE to develop effectively corporate skills and experience of SEAT personnel with a medium-long-term vision: for the SEAT group and for Italian businesses, it represents a School of Excellence regarding the provision of sales and consultancy in the area of communications and advertising information.
 
Conceived to develop the effectiveness of the sales initiatives of the SEAT Pagine Gialle Sales Network, it can also be of service to SEAT Customers, leveraging the high quality and efficient set of skills, accrued and established in the eighty years of operations on the market, as a driver to growth and development. 
 
For SEAT and for its external customers, Seat Corporate University is a careful and focused partner, with innovative and advanced training methods that range from traditional classroom lessons to e-learning, with the support of pioneering webcasting and podcasting formats, to promote the ongoing, in-depth and value added training of its people.
 
Seat Corporate University is organised into the following sections:
 
- Managerial Training and Organizational Behaviour
 
- Specialized training, with the Faculties:
  • Sales & Marketing — providing training to the sales networks 
  • Technology & Staff — providing IT and Technological Training
