Since 2001, Prontoseat S.r.l. has operated a call center – 89.24.24 – on behalf of the parent company, Seat Pagine Gialle S.p.A.
 
In addition to the directory assistance services, Pronto Seat offers other services, including:
– Customer Service, by fielding telephone calls of Seat customers (toll free number from Italy 800.011.411) who need to contact the company for any reason or business operators who need additional information on products.
– Courtesy Back Office.
– Outbound telephone sales activities.
